1. Return Window (वापसी का समय)
Humare platform se kharide gaye products ko aap delivery ke 7 dino ke andar return ya exchange kar sakte hain. Is time window ke baad kisi bhi return request ko accept nahi kiya jayega.
2. Return Eligibility & Conditions (वापसी की शर्तें)
Return process initiate karne ke liye product ko neeche di gayi conditions ko poora karna zaroori hai
Original Condition: Product bilkul naya, bina istemal kiya hua aur intact hona chahiye.
Packaging: Product apne original box, tags, aur labels ke saath hona chahiye
.3. Return Process (वापसी कैसे करें)
Return ke liye neeche diye gaye steps follow karein
Request Raise Karein: Apne account me login karein, My Orders section par jayein aur “Return” option select karein.
Reason Dein: Product return karne ka reason batayein (jaise damaged ya size issue).
Pickup: Humari courier team 2-3 dino ke andar aapke address se parcel pick-up kar legi
4. Refund ya Exchange (पैसे वापसी या बदलाव)
Product humare warehouse me receive aur inspect hone ke baad, hum aapka refund ya exchange process karenge: [1]
Refund: Refund kiye gaye paise 5-7 business dino ke andar aapke original payment method (bank account, UPI, ya card) me credit kar diye jayenge.
Exchange: Agar aap size ya colour change karna chahte hain, toh naya product dispatch kar diya jayega
5. Shipping Charges (शिपिंग शुल्क)
Agar product defect, damage, ya humari taraf se galat deliver hua hai, toh return shipping cost humari taraf se uthai jayegi. Customer ki pasand ya size badalne ke mamle me nominal shipping deduction ho sakta hai
